Estimates and contracts

All work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and LoneStar Roofing Co. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Warranties

Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and subject to their terms. Our workmanship guarantee is described in your project agreement.

Insurance claims

We may assist with documentation and adjuster meetings, but coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier. Texas law prohibits contractors from waiving or rebating deductibles.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoneStar Roofing Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, with venue in Harris County.
