General
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' compensation coverage, and we're registered as a Texas roofing contractor (Lic. #TX-RC-048213). Certificates are available on request.
Our main office is in Houston and we serve Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and surrounding communities.
Our installation crews are LoneStar employees trained to manufacturer standards. We only use specialty partners for tasks like skylight manufacturing or solar removal.
Pricing & Financing
Most single-family homes in our area range from $9,000 to $22,000 depending on size, pitch and material. You'll receive a line-item quote after your free inspection.
Yes, including 0% APR for 12 months and low monthly plans up to 15 years, subject to credit approval.
For insurance projects we don't collect anything until materials are delivered. Retail projects require a 10% deposit at signing.
Insurance Claims
Yes. We document storm damage, meet your adjuster on site, and handle supplements so you only pay your deductible.
No. Waiving or absorbing a deductible is illegal in Texas, and any contractor who offers it is putting you at risk.
Installation
Most homes are finished in one to two days. Commercial projects are scheduled in phases to keep your business running.
Not necessarily. We'll need access to power outlets and your driveway. We recommend moving vehicles and fragile wall decor before we start.
You receive the manufacturer's material warranty (up to 50 years) plus our own 10-year workmanship guarantee on replacements.
